Dealer: Agnish Gas Agency, Lake Town, Calcutta.

It has become extremely difficult to book Gas cylinder as this agency does not pick up the phone. It is not possible for either me or my husband to take a day off just to book a cylinder. The agency refuses to take complaints over the phone and the Telephone number provided for complaints: 25341140 is never accessible. Request to please remind this agency to provide proper customer service. They should not expect their Consumers to always visit their office personally just to book gas.
