Indane Domestic LPG
FALSE INFORMATION BY DEALER FOR BOOKING DONE ON 1/09/09

It is with great disgust I wish to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities for an appropriate action that, I have booked for a domestic INDANE LPG cylinder (consumer no.16586) on 1st sept, 09.

Even till date of posting this complaint there is no satisfactory reply either from the dealer (M/s Natraja Enterprises, yelhanka new town, bangalore) or the company as to when the same would be delivered.

On top of this inconvenience, the dealer is misguiding saying that, the bill has been generated already and is with the delivery boy. On enquiring with the delivery boy, he is totally ignorant of the facts and has asked me to once again contact the dealer office..

I earnestly request the concerned authrities to initiate an action on the said dealer/company for an early resolution of t6he complaint.
