Indane Domestic LPG
Refusal to book LPG refill orde

Hello Sir,

I am using Indane gas domestic LPG Cylinder since April'2004 with double cylinder. I am a T.U.C.S customer of Periyar Nagar branch, Chennai. I havea received a re-filled cylinder on 15th Oct after 20 days time of my booking. Now when i approached the dealer for booking for refill order, they are not accepting my booking, as "REFILL BOOKING HAS TO BE DONE ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF PREVIOUS CYLINDER". So i have to wait till November 1st week to refill booking.

Usually the utilization of one filled-up cylinder for a family of 4 members will come for around 35 to 40 days. If above being the condition for delivey/booking of the cylinders by the distributors (20 days for delivery of filles cylinder and 21 days more for wait time for booking), we won't have the gas for cooking for around 5 to 10 days time.

Could you please look into the issue and sort it out at the earliest for the welfare and benefit for the society.
