Indane Gas Agency/LPG gas
Agency not supplying gas cylender/Nor responding properly

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my indane connection (Consumer no. 6176 with M/s Shanti Indane, Sadh Nagar, palam, New Delhi. Tel no. 011-25052152) attached to agency. Everytime when gas is booked, gas availability is not there at godown. It needs 2/3 visits to get one cylender. Also they do not deliver cylender at home. I am very much frustrated by interactation with agency people that everytime they give false committments.

Now in present case, gas was booked on 26th July and till now there is no delivery. I personally visited their office on 23rd Aug and got that cylender will reach on 25th Aug. I contacted them on 25th on not recving cylender and got another word that same would be delivered on 26th. Now on 27th also there is no surity abou it.

I have followed up with Mr. pandey/Mr. Pankaj/ Ms. Sheetal/Mr. Vicky but no satisfied answer. I asked th contact No. of Mr. Prem Juneja (Agency owner) but nobody arranged.

Now I am requesting the concerned authority to take action on such agencies who do not take care for customers. There are many other consumers who do not have any knowledge about complaint and keep on getting trouble.
