TORTURING BY CHAND GAS AGENCIES PLEASE TAKE ACTION A SENIOR CITIZEN PLEA

I Am Indane gas customer under Chand gas agencies Nadakkave Calicut- agency code 4549355 consumer no . 25231. We had booked a cylinder on 30-12 and got the booking no 7056. After all these days they had not delivered the cylinder on calling their office they will say today they will surely deliver and by evening when we don’t get, we call they will say tomorrow. This process have been going on for the past so many days. I just wanted to know the reason of this agency not delivering on time and why they are always taking more than one month for delivery. I am old and partially blind every time i have to go through this process to get my cylinder. This is very very difficult and absolute torturing. Enough is enough i want an answer.
