Very late delivery of gas cylinders

Dear Sir,

My present Indane Gas connection No.318745 with Hanish Gas Agency, Anand, their contact phone No.262020. This number whenever a consumer tries for booking, it always getting engaged. One has to try for at least one hour to get connection. This agency take about one month to effect delivery of a cylinder. Frequently they are changing the booking date, and if the consumer insist for delivery after waiting for so many days, they will say that if you require the cylinder you go to our godown, which is very far away remote place, and take delivery from there. One has to pay at least Rs.60 to 70 extra for transportation of the cylinder. It is very difficult to persuade them to effect delivery of cylinder. All consumers of this gas agency may have complaints about this agent. I don't know how this type of people are getting Indane Gas agency.

Please instruct this agency not to harass the consumers like this.
