DELAY IN DELIVERY

Dear Sir,

My consumer no. is 124765 with "SRIMAYI GAS AGENCY" CODE:125486 Ramagundam A.P.Every time Gas agency people are supplying after repeated remainders & on average thay are taking 60 days to supply the gas. Where as if you want immediatly, they are giving in black & charging rs 500/- per cylinder. When we protest they say we can complain anywhere we want. These corroupt people have created menance in this area. I never suffered with my earlier connection of H.P Gas. Please look it this matter urgently. Last time i booked my gas on 21/03/09 & till today i haven't received my cylinder.
