Delay in delivery of gas

On friday, 26 of october, i booked a cylinder. the distributor, VEER SACHI GAS, has not delivered the cylinder yet.this is the case everytime we book a cylinder.the delivery of the cylinder is delayed 3 weeks to say the least.moreover i do not get the money receipt when my cylinder is provided.
