Rude behaviour and non-delivery of gas cylinders

It is submitted that M/s. Bakson GAs Service situated at Jhandewalan is not providing gas cylinders on time. The customers have to request many times telephonically and personally visit the gas agency for booking of their cylinders and always they say - they will send, but the gas cylinder is not sent to the customer. I have booked my gas on 9th January and had requested for urgent delivery. But till today the gas cylinder has not been supplied so far despite several requests. I am holder of consumer No. 23925 with Bakson Gas. Further it is also stated that several times the gas agency officials have been told that I will make a complaint with Indian Oil but they are not afraid of any complaint. It is requested that suitable action as deemed fit may please be taken against the gas agency and also the gas agency may also be checked frequently by the Indian Oil to avoid further inconvenience to the consumers of Indane GAs
