Delay in Supply & Underweight LPG Cylinder supply

I am Customer of domestic LPG Indane Gas with Distruber M/s MADAN GAS (Code No. 02-01-0779), Krishana Colony, Yamunanagar, Haryana (135001) Ph. No.01732253741.

My Customer No.is M19793. I Have following problems

1. Under weight LPG cylinder Supply :-

The LPG Cylinder Sr. No. 126971 S, Tare Wt 15.8 Kg, Gross Wt 30.0 Kg Home Delivered By MADAN GAS, Yamunanagar in Proper tight sealed condition on dtd 25/10 found Gross Wt Less than 27 Kg and kept in the same condition till date.

2. Delay in gas supply:-

The refill is booked after 21 days of delivery and supplied after 15 to 20 days of booking. total 36 to 41 days for a refill.
