Complaint against netaji gas agency, nedumangadu

Sir,

this is to bring into notice that one of your distributor of indane oil gas, M/S Netaji gas agency, nedumangadu is violating the general code of conduct in the distribution of LPG. the firm is in all forms acting against the common rule of business. a sum of rupees 2 is levied on the customer as "phone charges" per booking. despite of this they are not at all supplying the gas as per schedule. the delivery is always pending, and as and when they wish. in addition to this the behaviour from their part when enquires are made over the telephone is adverse. especially when the womens are calling to know about the delay of the gas. so i request you to take this matter seriuosly into your notice and take evasive action against such rude behaviour from the part of the firm.
