Chos in allotment of Petrol Pump

Sir,

I am making this complaint about senior officers of IOCL, i hv applied for a petrol of IOCL near Amethi (UP) Hathkila. and has submittied all the document related to the application completely. survey of the land/location was done by the IOCL officer and they have given greem signal to me. according to IOCL local sales manager our ranking was TOP (85 Marks) as per the criteria of IOCL (Education Land Location Status Financial Status Experiance... etc). I hv been selcted for the interview on 14th June. ther was other 5 Candidate for interview. During the interview they have asked me to provide all evidence which i hv submitted with application form. but it was bad luck out of 3 Bank pass book only two i hv shown to them and another was forgetted to bring from home. for which they have asked me to write a "undertaking" and they have given me clear assurance that you will be selcted but when they had declared the list. the petrol pump was allocated to other one lady Savita Pandey with Ranking of 61 Marks. Request to you please have a look in the matter and take appropriate action against the culprit.
