Too much delay in refill supply

Dear Sir,

My Consumer No. is 35660 of Monmohini Gas Agency, Durgapur, West Bengal. Sir, Previously my connection was at Akash Gas Agency, Durgapur, West Bengal. For their problem in refill supply, you have suggested me to transfer my connection at Monmohini Gas Agency, as my area is near to Monmohini. So, as per your valuable suggestion I have transered my connection to Monmohini.

Now, Sir I have booked for a refill supply on 31/12. Till date (27.01.2010) they have not supplied my last booking and also they are not taking another booking. They told me that I can book my next refill after delivery of last booking and the supply is inadequate, and suggested us to contact with Indane/ Indian Oil. Now see, I have got my last refill between 23-29 of December. They are showing Indane /Indian Oil regarding type of booking and delivery system. They told me that any refill booking will be supplied after 30 days. Is there any such system of supply? I am really confused, what is being going on. Also, they are delivering cylinders to the customers who are bringing their cylinders personally and not adjusting the delivery charge also.By this way they are forcing us for non home delivery.

Also for your kind information, my last refill was supplied between 23-29 December but they have taken a signature on the receipt copy which has the pre-printed date of delivery 16.12.2009.

Sir, I am 70, it is not possible to follow up at agent's office on regular basis. Please look after this matter, so that this type of problem can be solved for many customers.
