Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Madhu Gas agency, Shanthinagar, Bangalore and my consumer number is 22855. I have booked for a refill on 15th January over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But since they did not supply after one week, I approached the agency on 23/01 and they took the no. and said it will be supplied the same day which they didn't.
Again I approached them on 30/01 and the rude staff there told me that it has been cancelled as the suppliers went twice to my place and didn't find anyone home. I was shocked as there are always somebody home. I try to explain them but the staff consisting of two girls who have been appointed recently was so rude and so bad mouthed that I returned back. I am facing problems as both the gas cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay. I have heard from other customers too about the girl staff working in the agency behaving rudely and bad mouthed. The Manager is also not available most of the time in office to talk.
Before sometimes in case of such problems I pick up the cylinder from the godown on my own but now they have refused to give the delivery slip saying that it is against the policy. The said staff makes rules on their own. It is also heard that the staff divert the cylinders to other people paying extra money without booking and the office staff is hand in glove with them. I request you to take stern necessary action and help the aggrieved customers.
