Non receipt of down payment afternotice before 15 days

Hi

i booked splender on 2 apr by paying Rs 18440. after 25 days i contacted showroom but my loan was not proceed by finance company, then i apply to hdfc bank for loan they passed but my receipt was over 10 day so they rejected my loan. i asked to showroom manager to renewed it but he refused that and said that it is not possible. then i paid another 8300 to showroom booked bike. and also i given application to give me first downpayment back, now its 15th day but i have not received my money back. 3 moths completed showroom is using my money free also they are cutting Rs 200 from this amount.

pls guide me to get my money back as soon as possible
