Cylinder with less wieght and leakage in cylinders

Roop Gas, Mayur Vihar-III, Kondly, Delhi cheating thousands of its customers for distributing cylinders with less weight (2-6 Kgs) of gas. They refill this gas to empty cylinders and sales to hotels and other needy people with heigher amount. So with the help of the licence of Indane, they cheat customers and making side business at the cost of customers. An average loss of Rs. 70/- per customer is observed. In the net itself I have obseved similar type of complaints against Roop Gas. So I request you kindly take necessary action in this regard.
