Refusing to give new connection

Hi,

I booked my new connection on 23-mar in Venkateshwara Gas Agency. When I enquired about new gas connection they are saying that new connection is blocked and we can not give new connection. The behavior of the staff is also very rude. They are not ready to listen any thing. When I asked, If there is any possibility to start new connection, he blindly says no. When i tried to call local indane office number 04027667277 and 04027667933, no one was lifting the phone. Once a lady lift the phone and disconnected it. I dont understand what is the problem with these guys...
