Harassed by LPG Dealer ESS BEE Enterprises

This is my 3rd complaint against ESS BEE Enterprises. Shop 1, Sheikh Sarai Phase 1, New Delhi 110017. At the time of taking connection I used to live in Sheikh Sarai, now I have shifted to Vivek Vihar in Delhi. I called this agency and asked them if I can come on 02/08/08 to get the gas connection transfered to my new locality. They said yes. I took 1 day leave from office and travelled all way to Sheikh sarai on 02/08/08. The person sitting there said it will not be done today. Reason being the person who signs on the transfer letter was not available that day. When I saw the authorised person, he told me the actual reason was that they do not have Tranfer Letter available. The contact person was Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

I want to know if this agency is so powerful that nothing can be done against it. I have posted this complaint on many websites. If any action is being taken against them then I will update it too.
