Indane Gas
Non dielievery of LPG - pending since 05/03

Dear Team,

This to inform that I, Rakesh Kumar, 'having Indane gas connection no 6734 with Alfa Indane, Hatia, ranchi. have not received LPG gas booked on 05/03 with booking reference no: 210923 through my registered mobile no. Once a message is received on mobile on 15/03 that cash memo has been generated (2506) against your refill booking. Till date we have not received the LPG. The executive keeps on chatting personnal calls on phone when visited to the office. Its really difficult to get them on phone. Only one no is provided: 0651-2290007.

Kindly help me in getting the issue resolved and also to improve their services for home delievery within defined TAT.
