Non-Receipt of Gas Cylinde

Sir / Madam.

We have been using Indane gas connection for the past 20 years.

For the past 3 years for us the Gas Agency is Shivsankar Gas Agency

at Porur.

However for the past 1 year we have been facing problem by the

delivery boy. He behaves in a rough to the old aged person and

uses unrespectful words. Already I have brought this to the notive

of the Gas Agency Manager but the situation has not improved.

Although the gas agency takes a delivery lead time of 21 days from

the date of booking, this person takes another 10-15 days. I have a

strong doubt on the delivery boy, that he supplies at the open market

and doing some manipulation.

For Instance, I have booked the Gas cyl on 30-Jul & the waiting list

number is 753. I called almost 10 days back to the agancy and informed

that I have not received the Gas Cylinder. They informed me that the

door was locked when the person came on 02-Aug. I know it was a

LIE as mom was very well in the house. For the Past 10 days, I have been

calling the agency several times but they never give a proper reply. Till date

I have not recd.the gas cylinder.

Request you to investigate the matter please. Most Urgent
