Not able to book for gas

Sir,
This is to inform you the agony that our family need to undergo due to the neglected attitude of the Indane gas agency, namely Amar gas servce, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad.
They have given us the option of booking for a gas throuh phone (040-23221985, 040-23225747). But I have tried calling the number several times in the past since the past few months, to book for gas. Nut the call is allways engaged nad after making several attemots to call, it rings and no one answers the call. When tried to call again immediately, the line gets engaged.
I have no idea on how to book for a gas as I my attemos to call them bever succeed. Please help. Our consumer number: 34216.
