Delayed supply of cylinders

My consumer no. is 35072 with M/s Ambika Agencies, Coimbatore (since 2004). Until March the service was very good. But after that a new delivery boy started delivering cylinders for us. Since then we are facing problems. At the time of booking the company usually gives the probable date of delivery. After that date we have to ring at least for 4 or 5 times before we receive the cylinder. Also it is delivered without
the bill. Even now cylinder has not been delivered after 12 days of booking. Kindly solve our problem.
