Non deliverance of lpg against booking on 1/10

Dear sir

I am customer with panchkula gas agency (code-62-01-0765) having consumer number PG 22653, I have booked on 01/107 &My booking serial number is 188.till date i have not received filled LPG cylinder.

So kindly look this matter &take some action in favour of customer.
