Delay in delivery

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Archana indane gas agency, hata-kushinagar U.P. (distributor id-81010307) and my consumer number is 1668. the delivery date they gave for my booked refill was 24th feb. after that when i went to get my cylinder they said that it has finished and will be delivered next day. now after going there for even one week still they are not providing the cylinder. this is not the first time that they are delaying it, its repeated everytime.. they always give the cylinder to black-sellers and other influential people and then they simply deny the supply to common people. i asked them about the delivery but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. not only me but all the customers associated with this agency are troubled by its poor service. Please take necessary action.
