Cylinder man not delivering cylinde

My connection number is 4065 with Vivek Agencies, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari Distrcit. Today the delivery man came to the house for delivering the cylinder. As I am in the bath room there was a delay of 5 minutes to come to open the gate of my house. But he proceed to near by street and my husband rushed and meet him just 200 yards away from our house and requested him to give the cylinder. He promised to visit our house again with in an hour but he never came. When contacted the Vivek Gas Agency they told me to wait for a few days to give delivery of the cylinder. I request you to give proper adivce to the Agency to effect propmt delivery of cylinders. Thanking you, S.Usha, Nagercoil
