Faulty gas cylinder--leakage

Indane Gas Cylinder suplied by M/s Geetanjali Gas Service auth Distibutor of IOCL is having heavy leakage as High Pressuire Gas is coming out from the top.

My consumer Number is G10499

All of suddon there was a Blow/ sound and cylinder starts blowing High Pressure Gas at its own... Seems quality defect in it.

Some how we could manage to plug the same with CAP, ..since morning we are trying the Toll Free Number and every time it is coming in queue... waiting...
