INDANE GAS CYLINDER SUPPLY
Orange colour tube mandatory to supply cylinder?

I am a customer of Indane Gas cylinder thru M.M. Enterprises, Bangalore. When i contacted them to book for a cylinder, they are telling that it is mandatory to replace the existing Green colour gas tube to Orange colour tube (Rs. 200.00) other charges. Without replacing the tube they are not going to supply cylinders. On this connection i asked them to give a letter on this.

Is there any rule from concerned government departments on above?

If it is there, then why this gas agency is not ready to give any letters..

Please clarify.
