MALPRACTICE OF DOMESTIC LPG DISTRIBUTION

I am V.Gunasekaran, (Cameraman-Doordarshan, Chennai) residing at New no.18, and old no.13, First floor, Bharathi Avenue, First Street, Kottur, Chennai-600 085.

I am having demostic Indane Gas connection with TUCS GAS, 26, First MAIN ROAD, KAMARAJ NAGAR, TIRUVANMIYUR, CHENNAI, Ph. no. 044-23453437. My consumer no. is 49122. I have booked refill cylinder on 28.10.2009. Till now I have not received it. Many times I have telephoned to them but it is mere waste. Their standard reply is tomorrow we will send you a cylinder. As I am a familyman, I am facing lot of problem without cylinder.
