Indane gas/domestic lpg gas
Gas agency not picking up phones to book the refil cylender

I am using indane gas with the consumer no. PTT 1488 .Gas agency name is M/s PRAKASH GAS SERVICES, 'INDANE DISTRIBUTERS' main road, Telibandha, Raipur, chhattisgarh.

land phone nos of this distributer for booking are 0771/2423456 & 2429123. these phone nos are found engaged every time since last one month, resulting i am unable to book the cyclender. i am a sick lady living with my son his office timings are 8am to 7 pm. so at that time when he go to agency, it is closed. so i have to book the cylender over the phone only.but gas agency not lifting the phone & cheating the consumer. so please take the necessary action on it at the earliest.
