Indane gas household cylinder
Non supply of lpg

Sir,

I am a household gas connection holder of indane gas. I am a registered with your dealer Karuna Gas Agency of Nagpur of state Maharashtra. I've only one domastic gas connection.

I booked for a cylinder on 8th of Jan-08, it was told to me that refil cylinder will be despatched in 8 to 10 days. However till now as on 24-1-08 it is still undelivered. On enquiring for the reason for delay I get arrogant replies from the incharge madam of gas agency.

This happens every month and now we being harrssed, want to change our registration from Karuna Gas Agency to any other dealer of yours which atleast have enough ettiquettes and respect for customer.

It is therefore requested to you to do the needful.
