POOR COOPERATION OF DEALER

Dear sir/mam

I am having your connection for last 10 years with your dealer M/S nayek gas agency, address-po-kalna.dist burdwan.pin 713409.(wb). My consumer number is-62596.We are really facing lot of problems from your dealer. Due to monopoly in this area they are not taking customers as customers.By booking through phone u r confirmed that booking is done.some 10-15 days after sometimes they say that there is no booking against your name. Several times they are changing the procedure regarding all related issue without intimating the consumer. One real good experience i have previously tested that the cylender issued my name delivered to other people. I have to suffer due to no reason.

Requesting you being a pioneer in the segment kindly take nacessary steps so that customer can be more benifited.
