Always phones are engaged and they are not picking up for booking Gas

I am having indane gas connection and my number is 18400 registered with M/s. Kalpana Gas Agency, Vijayanagar, bangalore. As and when the Gas is exhausted, we are unable to contact Kalpana Service, as there number is always busy and engaged. It is nearly two days to contact them over phone but in vain. I need alternative numbers other than 080 23141555 or 23103435. Please advise and instruct them to call back my cell No.9740900020, K.Gopal, Advocate, Immediately
