Poor service

Sir,

i am a consumer (Cust No. 18195) of veerjyoti enterprises Opp. panchsheel enclave, jaseph tito road, ND-17 tell 26493784. I am really disappointed with their services. i have booked the refill on 7th july. & following up with them from last week every day but no action taken place. This is not the first i am facing this kind of problem. Today again i have called them (9313307633) to ask status of refill & they disconnect my phone. after that try calling them number of times again but stop picking the phone. kindly look into this.
