INDANE GAS / LPG GAS CYLINDER
Difficulty for booking due to non-availability of lines (phones always busy)

Manikanta Gas services, located in Kapra, Hyderbad is never available on telephone as the lines are perenially engaged. Literallay, even after trying at least 100 times a day, we never get the lines. From 9.05 AM till 12.55 PM and from 2.05PM to 4.55 PM, the lines are engaged and other than these times during day, telephone rings, but no one responds. This is happending for the past several years. Only option left to the consumers is to go their office and book in person. The number 1260 printed on the bill for booking supposedly open for 24 hours is never connected; the ring goes on and on and not connected any time. In the days of collossal services like Indian Railways, where booking tickets takes few minutes, it is attrocious that it takes days together to book a gas cylinder. IOCL has to do something on this.
