Denying new gas connections

I, LALIT DABAS, have approached the above mentioned Indane gas supplier of Delhi about twenty times since March for getting a new gas connection. Every time the dealing person there tells me that come after a week or so where as Indane site tell that new connection is available on demand. When asked them about contact number their area officer they denied and advised me to meet the manger/owner. I tried to contact the manager but he was not available any time. What should I do in this regard
