Dear Sir/ mam

Last month (3rd of December), I had booked a cyllinder with M/s kaalindi Indane Gas Services, 22, Pratibha Complex, Buxipur Gorakhpur U.P. My consumer number is 1583. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. Per day i am going to the agency staff but they are not paying attention to my enquiry. instead, the staff use filthy language.

This is not for the first time, this is the matter that happens regularly.

I request you to please look into the issue.
