My consumer no: is 8760. I booked for lpg filled cylinder at KAMALA AGENCIES, Bharanikkavu, kollam district, kerala state.on 22/11 and got token no 4718 from their office. And yet now I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency twice and requested them to supply me the same. I have no other alternative to use other fuel. The distributor's phone no. is always busy and when get connected the only reply is NO STOCK, Those who have booked after me have already received the cylinder that clearly shows the misuse of booking facility you have kindly offered to consumers. Two days before I complained to the district officer, kollam over phone... but in vain.

This distributor is supplying domestic cooking gas to Comercial purposes like sweet shops, hotels, catering etc without bookings also. I am a retired employee from ONGC, and this connection was issued to me by my company which now gave me this much grief now. In these circumstances I request your kind attention to take necessary action to get me urgent service and care.
