Service issues: Gas leakage repairing

My father Mr ranajit kumar sarkar is a consumer of indame (distributor name: shreeji enterprises, 81/A S.p. mukherjee road, kol 700026)..cust no 5889 ..recently we had complained regarding gas leakage ..we are unable to use the same for cooking... comp no.3762..however inspite of repeated reminders we have not got any service from the distributor..the person who is responsible for the service is not receiving any calls... it is prsumably highly risky to use fire in kitchen when there is a gas leakage..hence we needed the service urgently... but no one is bothered to listen to our grievances... we had also called on the emergency service cell no 24458113..but since we have already complained in hazra outlet our calls are not entertained... IS THERE A WAY OUT FOR CUSTOMERS like us...
