Less weight of lpg cylinde

Sir,

i have received one lpg cylinder from agnihotri gas services (indane) noida, but seal of the cylinder was opened and cylinder weight was also less. so I send back the cylinder.after one day I got another cylinder but with less weight. This was happened three times.
