Erratic Supply

The lpg supply at Gurgaon Gas Service is at its worst - first its so difficult to get through their numbers and then they have the policy of not taking any fresh bookings before 21 days from the previous booking and to add further to it the people sitting there are so rude and have no manners to speak. I booked for an LPG on 2nd December and today they have told me that it'll take another 2-3 days, Which means one gets the refill only after a gap of 35-40 days wherein during the winters one cylinder lasts for 22-23 days. Luckily my neighbours are nice who comne to my rescue everytime but then there is limit to it. This situation is nothing less than a harrassment as everytime its the same story with this agency. My consumer no. is 36986 which is in my mother-in-law's name. PLEASE HELP
