LPG GAS Reffilling

SIr,

I have one LPG (INDANE) connection with KSCF located at Hebbal (Bangalore).

I have been trying to get my empty cylinder filled for for past 6 days. They do not pick up telephone even when the bell rings or put the receiver aside for the whole day.when ever i call the number i will get the message the the phone is busy.
