Cylinder has not dilivered after booking

We have connection from kartar gas Agency, Banur with id no. KG5534. Booking is of 25th or 26th March but dilivery is not yet there. It is the story of every time and is of every one in the area. Agency is black selling the gas to the sweet makers and to the hotles in the area, which is absolutly wrong and no checking is there by the related officers.
