I am a customer from CHANDRA KALA INDANE, G-138/G3,

GROUND FLOOR, DILSHAD COLONY, DELHI. My customer No is

14907, I here by writedown pointwise complaint against the above mentioned gas agency.

1.The agency didnot respond several time on phone.

2.they always supplied seal brocken and under weight cylinder.

3.Several time I physicaly meet the agency and complaint the above matter but they didnot take any action in this regard.

4.Today I got a cylinder under weight aproximatly 4 to 5 Kg.

So kindly request you to take neccessary action against the CHANDRA KALA INDANE, G-138/G-3, GROUND FLOOR, DILSHAD COLONY, DELHI-95. As early as possible.
