Non Receipt Of LPG (Cooking Gas)

My consumer No is PL 10184. There is always a delay to supply LPG gas cylinder, my last request for LPG cylinder was on 26.11.08 and yet to receive the cylinder, however other consumers in my locality has received gas cylinders, who has actually requested for LPG cylinder after 26th Nov. I am really surprised why my cylinder is not being delivered at my residence. I have made several calls to the concerned dealer (P L gas service, Boral Main Road, Kolkata - 154, Tel No: 24357268) but they are always misbehaving. I need the gas cylinder immediately and also want to resolve this type of problem what I am facing with this dealer with an immediate effect.
