Non-receipt of PF settlement

I had resigned from Indegene in Feb. A year has passed and I have not received my PF settlement till date. Others who have left much later have received the same. I would like to know what is the status and when I am getting my PF. My account no is KN/BN /24781/225. Please look into this matter urgently and expedite the same.
