Not sending free gift offered

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the order no. MITBC-12483573 dated 4th August and Invoice no. ORA090065810. I have booked the order in the light of offer pack which contains 4 Books of International Best sellers Rebok Wrist Watch.

I have received the 4 Books only by courier on 13th August after making the payment of Rs.499/-.

It is now requested to clarify about the delivery of the Rebok Wrist Watch as stated in the Offer. It is pertinent to say that the booking order clearly says that this offer is for 4 Books Rebok Wrist Watch for Rs.499/-.

I have contacted your office on 011-40502424 but with no response.

Kinly expedite the same immediately and acknowledged me.

It is also pertinent to mention here is that Claim your free gift site, no any web no. ID. no. order no. promotion no. is accepted. Now I should do for my free gift i.e. Rebok Classic wrist watch.
