Set of 20 CDs "SACRED MOMENTS"

I have sent a crossed cheque of SBI, Parisramabhavan, Hyderabad (Ch. No. 904540) for INR -

on 20 October and the cheque was credited to your company. Inspite of many reminders I failed to get my order of a set of 20 CDs of SACRED MOMENTS' delivered. This order also has associated offer of free diamond jewellery offer for Rs 5000/-, a free delux holiday offer worth Rs 5000/- and a chance to win Maruti Suzuki SX4 car. I have complained about this lapse to your "customer care" thrice (on 19. 11. 21. 12. 2008 and on 10.1.2009. Each time a different person responded and gave different versions with a promise that my complaint would be looked into. I wonder whether the whole thing is a hoax. It is requested that either you honour the committment immediately or I am afraid this matter will be taken up with Consumer Court.
