Hi, I have placed an order with this company to deliver some flower and cake to my wife's place on her birthday in tripura. I provided them complete address before placing the order. They confirmed that they can deliver if order is more than rs.800. I placed an order of rs.850 on 26th may and after that i followed up continuously and they confirmed that it will be delivered. Today, 1st june on the date of delivery they are refusing to deliver. Now at the last moment i can't even try alternatives. They got 6-7 days to process the order. Why didn't they inform earlier?

I have some troublesome period with my wife and it would have restored some affection between us which i planned as a surprise. Please help me to get compensation and full money back
