I paid my vodafone bill of Rs 1548.00 on 07-04-09, through their Citibank billing gateway. Unusually no transaction Id reflected and message received" transaction not successful", but from my ICICI bank message received that "you have made a ransaction of Rs 1548.00 to indiaideas.com"But amount not credited in vodafone account.
