Debit to my SCB Card

In my 3rd May Credit Card Statement recd from Standard Chartered Bank, I am noticing a debit of Rs 4, 165 on 11/4 with a Document Ref No IN 75425319103000314356204. I have not received any value for this money and do not remember allowing my SCB Credit to be debited for any goods or services.

I would like to have a clarification of this transaction attributed to my account and if not found backed up

by any delivery of goods or services would like to be credited back/refunded with this amount at the earliest.
